The Corporate Engagement Center brings together the best and brightest minds at Penn State to foster collaborations with corporations in order to drive business innovation, provide executive education and secure talent to solve pressing global problems. With that purpose, the center serves to connect Penn State corporate partners with internal stakeholders, bringing together teams from across the entire Penn State system, including industry experts, world-class research faculty and staff, and graduate and undergraduate student talent.

Penn State Schuylkill’s Business Boot Camp equips aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners with the knowledge they need to start or expand their business. This six-week adult learning program will meet virtually on Wednesdays, beginning January 13, 2021, and through Feb. 17.
A Penn State startup is developing an influenza treatment, still in the early stages of development, that uniquely focuses on re-balancing the host’s immune system post-infection rather than attacking the pathogen, according to a research team at Penn State College of Medicine.
In its 12th year, Global Entrepreneurship Week Penn State, held Nov. 16-20, featured 58 total virtual events for startups and small businesses.

The Corporate Engagement Center enables strategic industry partners to navigate Penn State for research and development, philanthropic opportunities, and recruitment needs. Brought together in 2019, the center serves as a hub for industry/University relationships, supporting companies as they access the vast resources of Penn State. Through cooperation, both industry partners and the University can benefit. The Corporate Engagement Center is a joint initiative of the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, working in partnership with Career Services.
